Terms of Service

By accessing or using Planetary Hours (the “Service”), including our website, web app, and related features, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Planetary Hours provides astrology timing tools such as planetary hours, Moon phase context, zodiac views, educational content, horoscopes, referrals, optional Pro features, and related community tools (for example digests and tarot reader profiles). Features may change over time.

Some features require an account. You are responsible for your login credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep your contact email up to date. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction (and at least 13 years old, or the higher age required where you live).

Free and paid (Pro) plans may be offered. Paid plans are billed through Stripe according to the prices shown at checkout. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise. You can manage or cancel renewals through the billing portal or tools we provide. Taxes may apply.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt to break, probe, or overload our systems, or access another user’s account.
• Abuse APIs, scrape at scale, or interfere with other users’ experience.
• Post content that is illegal, infringing, harassing, or that impersonates others (including in tarot reader or similar profiles).

Planetary Hours is for entertainment, reflection, and educational timing context. It is not medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice, and it does not replace licensed professionals. AI-generated text and horoscopes may be incomplete or inaccurate. You use insights and rituals at your own judgment.

We and our licensors own the Service, branding, and original materials we provide. You may use the Service for personal or internal purposes as offered. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute our materials except as allowed by these terms or applicable law.

If you submit content (for example profile text, photos, feedback, or digest notes), you keep ownership of it and grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and process it as needed to operate and improve the Service. You confirm you have the rights to submit that content. We may remove content that violates these terms or our policies.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim or (b) €50.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk or legal exposure for us, or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by nature should survive (including disclaimers, liability limits, and IP) will survive termination.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
